A director of Dimensional Fund Advisors Canada ULC, Bradley G. Steiman came to Dimensional from Assante Global Advisors, where he served as vice president and general manager. Before that, he was a private client manager responsible for a client base of 125 high net worth families for Assante Asset Management in Toronto, Ontario.

Brad joined Dimensional in 2002 as a regional director and worked with consultants and advisors in the US and Latin America. He is currently a vice president, the head of Canadian Financial Advisor Services, and a director of DFA Canada, where he continues to be at the forefront of Dimensional's efforts to share the firm's philosophy with Canadian financial advisors.

He earned a bachelor of commerce from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, in 1996, and the CFA designation in 2000.
