Richard (Chip) Tatlow works in the Institutional Services group providing client services to a variety of institutional clients. He is also involved in product positioning and marketing DFA's institutional products. In addition, he manages a team of senior associates tasked with supporting regional directors' sales and service efforts.

Prior to joining Dimensional, Chip was an investment strategist in the Equity & Capital Markets group at Barclays Global Investors (BGI). His responsibilities included product management, marketing, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of roles at BGI, ranging from client relations and vendor relationship management to mutual fund administration.

Chip holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a BS in finance from the University of Colorado. He also is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
