David Deming is the CEO of Dimensional Retirement, an integrated pension solution provider that was founded in 2002. Prior to building the SmartNest business, which was acquired by Dimensional in 2010, David was managing director at J.P. Morgan & Co. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions from 1984 to 1992 and healthcare investment banking from 1992 to 2002. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1976.

David received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Hobart College in 1975.
