As a vice president at Dimensional, Gretchen A. Flicker is a senior member of the Institutional Services team, responsible for the relationship management of a number of the firm's larger clients. She is also helping to lead Institutional Services' effort in the sub-advisory market. Gretchen, who has been with Dimensional's Institutional Services group since 1998, previously focused on developing relationships with corporate, foundation, and endowment clients in the Northeast US region. She also has experience working on the Dimensional trading desk.

Prior to joining the firm, Gretchen served as a business developer for the Hewitt Investment Group and as an investment consultant for SEI Corporation. She received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds BA degrees in mathematics and business administration from Saint Mary's College in Indiana. She received her CFA designation in 2004.
