Kenneth N. Elmgren is involved in Dimensional's corporate governance efforts, including proxy voting and class actions. Ken brings over twenty-five years of capital markets experience to this role. Prior to joining Dimensional, he spent six years as a principal for several regional investment banks serving the health care, financial services, technology, and telecom industries. Previously, Ken led structured finance teams at Banc of America Securities, Citicorp Securities Markets, Chemical Securities, and Standard & Poor's.

Ken has taught corporate finance law at the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and undergraduate microeconomics at the University of Texas, Austin. He holds a JD from the University of Texas School of Law as well as an MA in economics and a BA in political science from the University of Texas, Austin.
