Matt Pawlak promotes Dimensional's investment philosophy, investment strategies, and processes to institutional consultants, and updates them with relevant firm details on a regular basis. Prior to joining Dimensional in January 2012, Matt worked for eight years at Hewitt EnnisKnupp as a senior consultant, acting as lead and co-lead consultant for a number of corporate and public fund retirement plans. Before moving into the client-facing role, Matt was a member of the HEK's defined contribution research group.

Matt holds a BA in economics from The University of Iowa and an MBA in finance from Loyola University Chicago.
